Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Creates Own Lingerie Line

From modelling sexy underwear to designing her own lingerie line Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has come a long way. The 25-year-old actress appeared in advertisements for both Victoria’s Secret and Agent Provocateur. After being a model for others she decided to use her expertise to design her own range for UK retail giant Marks and Spencer.

The Rosie For Autograph collection will include silk lingerie sets, camisoles, French knickers and kimono-style robes. The Victoria Secret’s model is tapping her modelling experience to design her own lingerie line which she hopes to grow like Gisele Bundchen’s or Elle Macpherson’s successful lingerie lines.

As Marks and Spencer is an iconic British brand and adored by many, the actress is very excited to be launching her debut lingerie line with them. She added that she thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the design team to create her dream collection, and is looking forward to a fun and creative time ahead. The ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon’ star’s range will hit store shelves in September.

Ethnic designs at a Chennai fashion do

To celebrate the beauty of holy matrimony and mark the wedding season, this summer, a fashion extravaganza in the city of Chennai showcased some of the most desirable designs.

The mood was vibrant as the colours were varied. The gorgeous girls of Chennai lunged the scene to choose the best outfit for their special day. Having draped themselves in stunning ensembles – ghaghra cholis, lehengas and breathtaking saris, the lissome lasses were the cynosure of all eyes. The attendees were in for a treat as the ladies presented some heavily-worked on ethnic designerwear that captured the mood of the occasion perfectly. Rishita and Suparna were among the head-turners on the evening and they garnered quite a few nods of admiration, thanks to their exquisitely crafted outfits in shades of red. Fan Mei Ling also stole hearts with her elegantly sublime avatar, which became a talking point among those present at the do.
